Help with Aling Sarah’s Karinderya

For help with Aling Sarah’s Karinderya, email admin@mirandstudios.com with your device model, operating-system version, game version, the day you were playing (or Daily Challenge) and a screenshot if you can.

Progress: your days, stars, coins, experience, upgrades and stock are stored only on your device, with no cloud save; uninstalling the Game or clearing its storage erases them and they cannot be recovered.

Purchases: coin packs, experience packs, bundles and No Ads are bought through Google Play. If an item does not arrive, keep the Game open with an internet connection for a minute, or close and reopen it: a purchase that was paid but not delivered is delivered then. A purchase paid later (for example, in cash at a store) arrives once Google Play confirms the payment. No Ads comes back automatically when you reinstall the Game on the same Google account; coin, experience and bundle purchases are credited once and cannot be restored if your progress is erased. Refunds are handled by Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Purchases are not offered on iPhone yet.

Daily Challenge and leagues: everyone gets the same customers and orders each day. Playing the Daily Challenge puts you in a weekly league of up to 30 players; your points are the sum of your best Daily Challenge score on each day, shown on the League screen on the title screen. Weeks end on Monday at 00:00, Philippine time; in groups of 10 or more, the top 5 move up a tier (Carinderia, Restaurant, Five-Star) and the bottom 5 move down. Your player name is created for you and can't be changed. Your league place is tied to the Game on your device, so reinstalling the Game or moving to a new device starts you again with a new name. During the Daily Challenge you race another player's best run of the day; beat it and your next rival is a better player.

League data: to have your league and race data deleted, email admin@mirandstudios.com with the subject Privacy Request and the player name shown on your League screen.

Ads: rewarded ads are optional and give coins, faster refills or other rewards once the ad finishes; there is a daily limit. From Day 8, a full-screen ad sometimes plays between days. No Ads removes those and gives rewards without an ad. If an ad finishes and no reward arrives, check your connection and try again, then email us.

Testing

If you are testing a pre-release version, you can send feedback through Google Play (the Game's store page, Send feedback to the developer) or TestFlight, or by email. Test versions may reset progress, and test purchases may not carry over to the released Game. To leave a Google Play test, use the opt-out link in your tester invitation, then uninstall the test version.

Support is provided in English. The Publisher aims to answer support requests, including any about purchases, within 3 business days. Emergency services and urgent safety support are not provided through this address.
