Help with Mind the Tracks

Before you first play, Mind the Tracks asks you to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, then asks your age range so that ads suit your age. Both can be read again at any time in Settings, Policies.

For help with Mind the Tracks, email admin@mirandstudios.com with your device model, operating-system version, game version, which puzzle (Rail Logic, Rail Clearing, Puzzle Postcards or Rail Yard) and level, and a screenshot if you can.

Progress is stored only on your device, with no account or cloud save; uninstalling the Game or clearing its storage erases it.

Hints: you start with 3. When they run out you can watch an optional ad for 3 more, or wait 30 minutes for a free refill (the timer keeps running while the Game is closed). If an ad finishes and no hints arrive, check your connection and try again, then email us.

Remove Ads: in Settings you can buy Remove Ads (USD 4.99 or the local equivalent) to remove the banner and the ads between levels; ads you choose to watch for hints stay available. On a new device, use Restore purchases in Settings with the same store account. Refunds are handled by the store that processed the payment: Google Play, https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637; Apple App Store, https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Without it, ads are: a banner along the bottom, a full-screen ad now and then when a level is won (no more often than every few minutes of play), and the optional hint ad.

Settings, Accessibility has text size, colour-blind filters, high contrast, reduced motion and vibration. Settings, Sound has sound on or off and separate music and sound-effects volume.

Testing

If you are testing a pre-release version, you can send feedback through Google Play (the Game's store page, Send feedback to the developer) or TestFlight, or by email. Test versions may reset progress, and test purchases may not carry over to the released Game. To leave a Google Play test, use the opt-out link in your tester invitation, then uninstall the test version.

Response information

Support is provided in English. The Publisher aims to answer support requests, including any about purchases, within 3 business days. Emergency services and urgent safety support are not provided through this address.

Changes to This Page

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, or replace this Support page from time to time. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, changes will become effective on the date shown at the top of the updated page. Your continued access to or use of the Game after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised page; if you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Game. Changes to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are made as those documents describe.
